Redeemer Equip

Redeemer Equip

Intentional Spiritual Formation

“...to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ...”
Ephesians 4:12
Redeemer Equip is a space where we intentionally grow as followers of Jesus. Here we deepen our spiritual formation through Scripture-centered learning, thoughtful teaching, and honest conversation.
Wherever you are in your faith, Equip helps you know God more fully and follow Jesus more faithfully in everyday life.

What Shapes Equip?

FORMED BY THE WORD
We believe God shapes His people through His Word.
Equip is rooted in Scripture so that we are shaped into mature, grounded, and faithful followers of Jesus.

ROOTED IN IDENTITY
Our growth is rooted in our relationship with Christ.
Equip helps us live as forgiven and adopted sons and daughters, confident in what God has already done for us.

GROWING IN EVERYDAY FAITHFULNESS
The gospel reshapes everyday life.
Equip connects Scripture to the real rhythms of life, forming mature disciples over time.

How Equip Works

Equip takes shape in focused, seasonal rhythms throughout the year in classes, studies, and curated resources. Each expression is designed to help our church grow in specific areas of faith and life.
Equip gatherings are interactive and welcoming, typically running 4–8 weeks. They are open to anyone who desires steady spiritual growth in community. Our aim is not just information, but lasting transformation over time.

faith + work : your everyday calling in god's kingdom

TUESDAYS IN-PERSON | 12:00 - 1:00 | April 7th through May 5th

At some point, we all ask the question, "Does my work really matter to God?"

From the beginning of Scripture, work is part of God’s good design. It carries dignity. It shapes who we’re becoming - and through it, God shapes us. In a fallen world, work can also be frustrating, pressured, and complicated. In this 5-week lunchtime class, we’ll explore how the gospel reshapes the way we think about our work and calling.
Together, we’ll wrestle with the real pressures we face, the decisions that test our character, and the daily opportunities for quiet faithfulness. We’ll consider how our everyday roles, paid or unpaid, fit into God’s larger redemptive story, and what it looks like to follow Jesus with patient, steady faithfulness right where He has placed us.

Whether you lead a company, work for someone else, raise kids, study, are retired, or are still discerning your path, this class is for you.

Whether you’re new to Redeemer or ready to grow in a specific area, Summer Studies offers a simple way to step in.
